Technical Delegate (TD) Seminar is held annually as a refresher for all Technical Delegates working with the Winter Sports Federation of Pakistan. During this seminar, the winter sports calendar for the upcoming year is presented, providing an overview of planned events and competitions. Additionally, participants engage in comprehensive discussions about the latest competition rules, regulations, and best practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and the highest standards in all events.
